Rental Agreement
Rental Period :
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Driver's License and Age Limit :
In The Applications ;
23 Years of age and 2-year driving license for group E and D vehicles (Symbol,Hyundai),
25 Years of age and 3-year driving license in F and G group vehicles (Focus, Megane),
For S and K group vehicles (Passat, Mondeo ), 28 years of age and a 5-year driving license are required.
Deposit (Credit Card Usage)
Our customers who make a rental are asked to have a credit card issued in their own name during the rental. A pre-authorization of € 200 may be blocked from this credit card, depending on the group of the vehicle they are renting, but it may vary.
Usage and Mileage Limit:
There is a limit of 250 km per day for rented vehicles, the number of days rented is 250 km, and vehicles can only be used within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
Traffic Fines:
All kinds of traffic fines and responsibilities that may occur during the contract belong to the lessee.
Insurance:
All vehicles are T .C. it is insured with the Traffic Insurance provided by law and also with Private Car Insurance. In case of non-fulfillment of the mentioned insurance conditions, the responsibility belongs to the tenant.
Points That are Outside the Scope of Insurance:
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
Exceeding the set speed limit,
Moving the vehicle from where it was located during the accident,
Failure to receive priority official minutes and documents within the scope of insurance, such as accident detection report, alcohol report or stolen report,
* The key and license are excluded from the insurance coverage in case of theft due to the fact that they are portable items.
* Accident external Tire, Glass, Headlight damages can be covered with LCF insurance for an extra fee on request.

Fuel
Fuel is not included in our prices, fuel delivered at the level specified in the contract at the beginning of the rental is delivered at the same level at the end of the rental. In vehicles returned with a missing or empty tank of gasoline, the fuel difference is taken together with the service fee.
In our vehicles, the gasoline tank is delivered to customers with a certain amount of fuel so that the warning light does not light up, and the gasoline contained in it is not refunded when delivering the vehicle to us on return.
Additional Driver
If the driver's license is shown and complies with the rental prerequisites (except for the deposit prerequisite ), 1 driver can be written into a contract without any charge, 1. a fee of € 10/day is charged for each driver after the driver.
Baby and Child Seat
Baby and child seats can be provided to the vehicles for an extra fee on request. If you specify it during your reservation, our reservation managers will provide you with information.
Navigation Device
Navigation device can be provided to the vehicles for an extra fee upon request. If you specify it during your reservation, our reservation managers will provide you with information.
Out-of-Town Vehicle Delivery
If the delivery location is a province outside Nevsehir, an additional fee is charged according to the distance of the region to Nevseh October.
Requests for Changes to the Lease Agreement
The rental price and the booking confirmation given are given according to the conditions originally agreed. In cases where it is not possible to meet operationally a change that may be requested in these conditions (having a reservation of the vehicle, arrival of the maintenance mileage, etc.) this demand may not be met. Even if the change request has been accepted, an additional fee may be charged or refunds may not be made for early returns, as this will change the price calculation set at the beginning. Oct. The rental period is 24 hours.in cases exceeding 2 hours, a 1-day fee will be charged. Delays experienced without approval during vehicle returns may lead to the deactivation of the Insurance Coverage ( Full or Exempt Accident Insurance ).

Booking Conditions
The reservations you have made through our website are valid under the following conditions:
In case of a request to change the booking conditions that you have made (postponement of the return date before or after, change of the return station, change of vehicle group, request for adding an additional driver to the contract), the request cannot be met, and if it is met, an additional fee may be charged or a discount on the rental price may not be made. During periods with high booking intensity, all or part of the car rental price can be requested by mail order or one of the transfer methods to the account during the reservation. If it is requested to cancel the reservation 24 hours or less before the delivery date and time of the vehicle, 100% of the total rental price will be charged as the car reservation fee, provided that it is not less than the one-day rental price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
The lease agreement will be signed during the rental.
Although it is not a frequent application, the selected vehicle make and model in the reservation you have made can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.

After making a final reservation, you will receive a call or a message from our reservation department. Pay paying by mail order or by wire transfer from your credit card to your account at the booking stage or by credit card or in cash when taking delivery of the vehicle.

The reservations you have made on our website are valid if the Car Rental Conditions, price Conditions and site Terms of Use are read and accepted by you.
